Copper (as copper bisglycinate chelate) 2 mg

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, coating (hypromellose, glycerine, hydroxypropyl cellulose), magnesium stearate, silica.

Does not contain: dairy, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, gluten, alfalfa, yeast, corn, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

Suggested Usage: Adults, as a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet per day with a meal or follow the advice of your healthcare professional.
